Welcome to the Locust Hill Unit Owners Association's (LHUOA) Community Web Site. We are the official neighborhood association for the Locust Hill Golf Course located just outside the City of Charles Town, in Jefferson County, West Virginia. We're just over an hour drive from the Baltimore and Washington beltways, and just a half hour from Winchester, or Leesburg, Virginia, and Hagerstown or Frederick, Maryland. We want this site to be a place where everyone can come to learn about what is happening in our neighborhood.
