Any change made to the exterior of your home or property is subject to prior approval by the Locust Hill Unit Owners Association, Inc. This is typically done by submission of an Architectural Change Request application form to the management agent, which is then reviewed and acceptability determined by a group of volunteer homeowners known as the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
